MIMIK is dé culturele uitgaansplek in Deventer, prachtig gelegen aan de IJssel. Een modern filmhuis én vlakke vloer theater in één waar je ook nog eens heerlijk kan eten en drinken. Jaarlijks ontvangt MIMIK meer dan 140.000 bezoekers op de film- en theatervoorstellingen. Met een team van ruim 40 medewerkers en meer dan 100 vrijwilligers verrassen en verrijken we onze bezoekers graag.
De Deventer Schouwburg behoort tot de 30 grootste theaters van Nederland. Twee zalen, ruime foyers, jaarlijks ruim 200 voorstellingen en evenveel eigen, lokale, culturele, educatieve en commerciële evenementen en producties. Samen goed voor meer dan 110.000 bezoekers die wij met ons team van ruim 60 medewerkers en 60 vrijwilligers graag enthousiast verwelkomen. De Deventer Schouwburg is in transitie van cultuuraanbieder naar cultuurdrager.
MIMIK en Deventer Schouwburg werken nauw samen: één schoonmaakteam van zeven medewerkers verzorgt de schoonmaak voor beide theaters en de horeca.
MIMIK en Deventer Schouwburg hebben gastvrijheid, goede faciliteiten en hygiëne hoog in het vaandel staan. Om hieraan te kunnen blijven voldoen en wegens steeds toenemende bezoekersaantallen, zoeken wij een flexibele en enthousiaste schoonmaker die met name in de weekenden in de ochtenden en avonden beschikbaar is.
Schoonmaker (16 - 24 uren per week)
Wat ga je doen?
Als Schoonmaker draag jij bij aan onze gastvrijheid en hygiëne. Je zult je bezighouden met:
· Opruimen, schoonmaken en inrichten van het hele gebouw: de theaterzalen, cursusruimtes, danszalen, sanitaire ruimtes, openbare ruimtes, kleedkamers en kantoren. Bij MIMIK gaat het daarnaast ook om de filmzalen en de horeca;
· Zo nodig wat lichte onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden;
· Signaleren en doorgeven van aanvulling voorraad, schade, gebreken en andere onregelmatigheden.
Wie ben jij?
· Je weet van aanpakken en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de schoonmaakbranche;
· Je hebt oog voor detail, bent representatief en hebt een servicegerichte instelling;
· Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook op avonden en in weekends volgens een wisselend rooster met het hele schoonmaakteam;
· Je hebt wat digitale basisvaardigheden (voor verlofaanvragen en je rooster);
· Affiniteit met cultuur, film en theater maakt je werk nóg leuker!

MIMIK is Deventer’s premier cultural venue, beautifully situated on the banks of the IJssel. It is both a modern arthouse cinema and a theatre with a flat floor, where you can also enjoy delicious food and drink. The Deventer Schouwburg is one of the 30 largest theatres in the Netherlands. MIMIK and the Deventer Schouwburg work closely together: a single cleaning team of seven staff members handles the cleaning for both theatres and the catering facilities.
MIMIK and Deventer Schouwburg place great importance on hospitality, good facilities and hygiene. To ensure we can continue to meet these standards, and due to ever-increasing visitor numbers, we are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic cleaner who is available mainly at weekends, in the mornings and evenings.
Cleaner (16 - 24 hours per week)
What will you be doing?
As a Cleaner, you will contribute to our hospitality and hygiene standards. Your duties will include:
· Tidying, cleaning and organizing the entire building: the theatre auditoriums, training rooms, dance studios, toilets, public areas, changing rooms and offices. At MIMIK, this also includes cinema auditoriums and catering facilities;
· Carrying out light maintenance and repair work where necessary;
· Identifying and reporting the need for stock replenishment, damage, defects and other irregularities.
Who are you?
· You are a hands-on person and preferably have experience in the cleaning industry;
· You have an eye for detail, are presentable and have a service-oriented attitude;
· You are flexible in terms of working hours, including evenings and weekends, according to a rotating schedule with the entire cleaning team;
· You have some basic digital skills (for leave requests and your rota);
· An affinity with culture, film and theatre makes your work even more enjoyable!
